DUBUQUE
South
on Rt 61 through to downtown Davenport. Stay with Rt 61 as the road
curves and jogs. When downtown, turn right on 4th St and go
to Gaines St. Turn left on to Centennial Bridge (Rt 67). After crossing the river, turn
left at the first stoplight, 3rd Ave. Go four blocks to 19th St
- Circa '21 is on the corner of 3rd Ave and 19th St.
CLINTON
/ LECLAIRE
South
on 67 through downtown Davenport to the Centennial Bridge. Cross bridge and turn left at first stop light ( 3rd
Ave.) Go four blocks to 19th St. Circa '21 is on the corner

IOWA CITY
/ DES MOINES
East
on Interstate 80 to Interstate 280. South on Interstate 280 crossing Mississippi River. Exit on
Rt 92 into Rock Island. Continue into downtown Rock Island.
Turn right at Casino Rock Island on 18th St., left on 3rd Ave
to 19th St. --we're on the right corner.
BURLINGTON
/ MUSCATINE
North/East
on Rt 61 to Interstate 280. Cross Mississippi River on Interstate 280. Exit on Rt 92 into
Rock Island. Continue into downtown Rock Island turning right
at Casino Rock Island onto 18th St. , left on 3rd Ave to the corner
of 3rd Ave. and 19th St.
WATERLOO
/ CEDAR RAPIDS
South
on Interstate 380 to Interstate 80 to Interstate 280. Cross the Mississippi on Interstate 280 exiting on Rt
92 into Rock Island. Continue into downtown Rock Island, turning
right onto 18th St. at Casino Rock Island. Go two blocks and turn
left on 3rd Ave. Circa '21 is on the corner of 3rd Ave and 18
St
BETTENDORF
Take
River Drive west into Davenport. Cross the Mississippi on the
Centennial bridge. Turn left at the first
stop light onto 3rd Ave, continuing to 19th St. We're on that
right corner. Or, use alternate directions below.
THE LODGE/ISLE OF CAPRI
Take
74 south crossing the river. Exit on 3rd Ave. in Moline (1st exit).
Turn left at the stoplight at the foot of the bridge onto 3rd
Ave. Continue on 3rd Ave into Rock Island - road will jog. At
the end of 3rd Ave, at the Quad Cities Industrial Center turn
left, cross tracks, and make an immediate right. Continue into
Rock Island on 5th Ave which eventually turns into 4th Ave.
Turn right on 18th St. and right again on 3rd Ave. ; go one block-we're
on the right corner.

Directions From Illinois Cities
ROCKFORD / STERLING
/ ROCK FALLS
South
on Hwy 51 to Interstate 88 or south on Hwy 2 to Interstate 88. Take Interstate 88 West through Moline into Rock
Island. Interstate 88 will also be labeled as Hwy 5 and John Deere Expressway.
Continue west to 24th St. (just before Blackhawk State Park).
Turn right on 17th St. (road will curve, jog, and go up and
down several hills) and continue into downtown Rock Island. At
3rd Ave, turn right and go two blocks to 19th St -- Circa '21
is on the right.
MACOMB / MONMOUTH
Take
67 North through Milan and Rock Island. Rt 67 is also 11th
Street in Rock Island. Turn right on 5th Ave to 18th St,
left at 18th to 3rd Ave, and right on 3rd Ave. Go one block--Circa
'21 is on the right.
GALESBURG / PEORIA
North
on Interstate 74 to Interstate 280, then west on Interstate 280 to Rt 92. Continue on Rt 92 into downtown
Rock Island. At Casino Rock Island turn right on 18th St,
go two blocks and take a left at 3rd Ave. Continue on to 19th
St. -- Circa '21 is on the right.
CHICAGO
FROM INTERSTATE
80:
Take
Interstate 80 to Interstate 280 to Rt 92. Continue
on Rt 92 into downtown Rock Island. At Casino Rock Island turn right
on 18th St., left on 3rd Ave., and go one block--Circa '21 is
at the corner of 3rd Ave. and 19th St.
FROM INTERSTATE
88:
Take
Interstate 88 into the Quad Cities through Carbon Cliff, Silvis, Moline and
into Rock Island. Interstate 88 will also be labeled as Hwy 5 and John Deere
Expressway. Continue west to 24th St. (just before Blackhawk
State Park). Turn right on 17th St. (road will curve, jog,
and go up and down several hills) and continue into downtown Rock
Island. At 3rd Ave, turn right and go two blocks to 19th St
--Circa '21 is on the right.
