Toss those tiaras!
Who needs a prince?!
Poisoned apples, glass slippers ...Who needs ’em?! Not Snow White and her posse of disenchanted princesses in the hilarious, naughty hit musical that’s anything but Grimm. Cinderella is kind of a nitwit, Snow White can be a little mean, and Sleeping Beauty? Narcoleptic, apparently. In this musical comedy for grown-ups,
the trio lead an all-princess revue aimed at upending their popular portrayals. When the princesses rail against princes who expect them to do all the housework, the show feels like a girls’-night-out retro rebellion for the suburban oppressed. Forget the princesses you think you know — these royal renegades tossed off their tiaras to set the record straight and bring their hilariously subversive, not-for-the-kiddies musical to you. What you thought you knew about princesses will never be the same! RATED PG-15

We are pleased, once again, to be hosting the Speakeasy Laugh Stand Up Comedy Competition this year. Join us for 3 fantastic shows in September as some of the best comedians from across the Midwest and across the nation battle it out for $1,000 and the title of Laugh Hard Champion!
Through the years we’ve had nearly 100 comics from as far away as St Louis, Denver, Omaha, Chicago compete to win a $1000 and title of Laugh Hard Champion! The real winner is you, the audience, who get to see some of the best stand up comics from across the Midwest and beyond in one show!
All shows are judged by a panel of selected judges, and audience reaction is one of the categories. If you know a comedian participating, your attendance could make all the difference!
