When does the season start?
Our mainstage shows are grouped together by season, which always begins with the holiday show starting in early November, and the season ends early November the following year.
When do I make reservations?
With a Season Subscription, you are free to make reservations at any time. We offer the best available seats to all our guests at the time the reservations are made. If you have a specific table where you prefer to sit, we recommend making reservations as soon as possible. Typically, a couple of months in advance is recommended to ensure a variety of seating options.
Can I use my Subscription multiple times for one show?
Our subscriptions allow you to see each mainstage show one time, with the exception of the Diamond Subscription, which does allow you to see every mainstage stage show as many times as you like!
What happens if I cannot attend a show?
We understand life happens. If you find you are unable to attend a performance we can accommodate you by transferring your reservation to another date with 24-hour notice for a $5 service charge. If it is the day of the show, the service charge is $10. Diamond and Gold Subscribers receive one free transfer per show, with at least 24-hours notice before the date of the show they are scheduled to attend. Transfers the day of show will be charged $10. You are also welcome to have someone attend in your place if you find you are unable to come.
What is a VIP Celebration Member?
This means that you are given a complimentary cake and a special punch drink when you attend a show within the month of your Birthday or Anniversary. Simply mention that you are celebrating when making your reservations. Since our cakes are homemade, we do ask for 24-hour notice. Diamond and Gold Subscribers are part of the VIP Celebration Membership.
